Ria Nova joined Apollo Global Management in November 2021 as a Partner and Head of Americas Sales. Based in New York, she was previously at Varde Partners, where she was Head of Americas Business Development & Investor Relations for the last four years. Before Varde, she was with Neuberger Berman for a decade.
