Sophia Natasha Sunseri collects and analyzes competitive intelligence by mapping out the distribution platforms of more than 600 alternative asset management firms. Within this role, she is responsible for maintaining data integrity, identifying key trends, and translating data into actionable insights.
Prior to joining Jensen Partners, Ms. Sunseri held various research-intensive roles. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of the Center for Constitutional Governance at Columbia Law School, where she conducted legal research on behalf of the Center’s directors and law school faculty. As an Assistant Director, Ms. Sunseri was often tasked with assisting on upcoming scholarly publications, research projects, conferences, panel discussions, and symposia by locating and compiling relevant primary source material using WestLaw, LexisNexis, and other legal software databases.
Ms. Sunseri is also the recipient of numerous academic research fellowships, including ones from such preeminent cultural institutions as the New-York Historical Society, the Morgan Library and Museum, the British Library, and the Bodleian Library (at the University of Oxford).
Ms. Sunseri is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the English department at the Graduate Center at the City University of New York where she is studying eighteenth-century British literature. She also holds an MA in Comparative Literature from the University of Toronto and an MFA in Poetry from the New School University.
When she is not working or pursuing her academic interests, Ms. Sunseri loves to cook and experiment with new recipes—she is particularly fond of the Alice Waters school of cooking simply and healthily. She also enjoys going to the cinema and planning trips abroad.
