Meredith Flynn leads strategic research and product development efforts for Jensen Partners.
Ms. Flynn significantly contributes to Jensen’s intelligence market mapping including its unique diversity data analytics platform. She is also responsible for identifying business opportunities and creating actionable and strategic steps with clients to build successful recruitment outcomes. Ms. Flynn oversees Jensen Partners’ proprietary Diversity Data Analytics offering and works closely with our Head of Diversity Data Analytics. In addition, she advises clients on strategic build outs across investment and distribution globally.
Most recently, Ms. Flynn was a seasoned Knowledge Manager at Korn Ferry where she supported the Global Private Markets Practice and Family Office Practice. In this role, she managed all private market research and reporting for the firm, providing informed views on market trends and sourcing suitable firms and candidates.
Ms. Flynn also has extensive institutional investor experience, having served as a lead Investment Analyst for Alameda County Employees’ Retirement Association (ACERA) for over six years. During that time, she supported the Board with her analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of private and public investment managers. In addition, Ms. Flynn served as a Private Equity Investment Operations Analyst for North Carolina Department of State Treasurer where she was responsible for public reporting and the capital contributions/distributions of more than 100 funds. She has also worked in institutional marketing and sales roles for firms such as ING U.S. Investment Management, Barclays Global Investors and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Ms. Flynn earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing and her B.A. in Japanese Studies from the University of San Francisco. While earning her B.A., she studied at Sophia University in Tokyo and subsequently worked as a translator and interpreter for the Japanese Government in Kumamoto, Japan. She is also a retired Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve and served as a Supply Corps Officer.
