Kelli Mackiewicz Director, Executive Search

Ms. Mackiewicz is a Director of Executive Search, Distribution, managing candidate generation, engagement and selection, as well as custom assessments and reference and evaluation reports for clients.

Previously, Ms. Mackiewicz spent years building and leading the talent acquisition function for RubiconMD, a virtual specialty healthcare provider, before its acquisition by Oak Street Health and CVS Health. Prior to RubiconMD, she was an Associate at ZRG Partners, a global talent advisory firm, where she supported the Financial Services, Human Capital, Retail and CEO & Board search practices. Ms. Mackiewicz began her career in digital project management roles, developing a data-driven mindset and learning fundamental agile principles, and was also an intern with HedgeServ. She is a passionate advocate for leadership diversity, with an unwavering commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices to ensure representation.

Ms. Mackiewicz holds a BA in Sociology from Northeastern University and MBA from Rutgers Business School.
