Katherine Dwyer Co-Founder and Partner, Distribution

Katherine Dwyer works closely with the founder and CEO of Jensen Partners.

In this role, Ms. Dwyer oversees all aspects of search execution including candidate generation and engagement, client management and interview preparation, helping each candidate secure an offer and providing guidance for the transition. Ms. Dwyer also manages custom assessment and evaluation reports for clients across all functions and industries. In addition to focusing on hiring for clients, Ms. Dwyer assists with business development outreach and research.

Prior to joining Jensen Partners, Ms. Dwyer was an Associate Recruiter with SG Partners, where she sourced pre-MBA investment professionals for placement at alternative asset management firms. Ms. Dwyer began her career as a Gallery Manager at Wally Findlay Galleries, International, where she assisted the CEO, Vice President and Art Consultants. Additionally, Ms. Dwyer supported the New York-based gallery with specials events, inventory management, marketing, and research.

Ms. Dwyer holds a BA in Classics from Georgetown University.
