Julie Joyce Chief Operating Officer

As COO of Jensen Partners, Julie Joyce is responsible for managing all facets of business operations. She has a proven executive search track record and over 15 years of experience building highly effective teams and leading strategic initiatives. Julie oversees all day-to-day activities across the search execution, research, and data science teams in her current role. She also leads Jensen DiversityMetrics™, Jensen Partners’ proprietary SaaS product.

Before joining Jensen Partners in 2022, Ms. Joyce was Director of Global Research at ZRG Partners, an executive search firm. She rose through the ranks, managed four global teams, automated workflows, and led the interface with ZRG’s Practice, Executive leaders, and clients. From 2012 to 2016, she was the Research Associate for The Prince Houston Group, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the Asset Management sector. From 2009 to 2012, she worked for FXall, a division of Thomson Reuters, where she was a Human Resources Assistant in charge of recruiting new technology talent and employee retention.

Ms. Joyce has a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the State University of New York at Oneonta. She was previously a member of the Susan G. Komen Young Professionals Committee in Greater NYC and transitioned to Komen One. She also co-founded the nonprofit Island Citizens, aimed at protecting and preserving the world for the next generation.
