Jaila Smith is the Marketing Manager & Diversity Pipeline Specialist at Jensen Partners with the responsibility of managing diversity-oriented initiatives across the firm. She works with the Diversity Data Analytics and Executive Search team to leverage the DiversityMetrics™ database to assess industry trends on diversity hiring using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data.
The key to her role involves creating thought leadership content based on data-driven insights and supporting new business efforts to ensure diversity considerations remain top-of-mind for all searches.
Ms. Smith has over 4 years of experience in the Martech industry. Prior to joining Jensen Partners, she was a Marketing Specialist at Facebook where she implemented and executed Facebook campaigns for large advertisers looking to buy target rating points (TRPs), working directly with customers to ensure a seamless experience on Facebook’s advertising platform. Before that, she worked at Google and Ride Austin in marketing-focused roles.
Ms. Smith received her Bachelor’s of Science in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations at Texas State University.
