Cynthia Broccoli Managing Director, Distribution

Ms. Broccoli is a Managing Director overseeing all aspects of search execution including candidate generation and engagement, client management and interview preparation, helping each candidate secure an offer and providing guidance for the transition.

Ms. Broccoli brings to the firm more than 20 years of experience in executive search. Most recently, Ms. Broccoli was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at PIMCO where she specialized in the recruitment of senior talent within the firm’s Global Wealth Management Division. Prior to PIMCO, she spent 13 years as a key member of SpencerStuart’s Financial Services Practice where she specialized in executive searches within investment management and wealth management. Ms. Broccoli began her career at TCW.

Ms. Broccoli holds a BA from Boston College.
